TERMS AND CONDITIONS (FIBO INOX HOME)

I. General Provisions

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding sales contracts via the online store, email, or telephone.

II. Products and Pricing

  1. All products offered in the store (manifolds, accessories) are brand new, manufactured from stainless steel, and free from legal defects.
  2. Prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT).
  3. Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at the checkout stage.

III. Orders and Payments

  1. Orders can be placed via the website, email, or telephone.
  2. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation via email.
  3. Available payment methods:
    • Traditional bank transfer (SEPA).
    • Electronic payments / Card (if available).
  4. The order is processed once the payment has been credited to our bank account.

IV. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Poland.
  2. Delivery time depends on the destination country (EU typically: 3-7 business days).
  3. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of damage, a damage report must be written with the courier immediately.

V. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us via email.
  3. Important: The direct cost of returning the goods (shipping back to Poland) is borne by the Customer.
  4. Returned goods must be in an unaltered state (unused, not installed, in original packaging).

VI. Warranty and Complaints

  1. The Manufacturer provides a 15-year warranty on the stainless steel manifold body (beam). Other components (valves, flow meters, air vents) are covered by a standard 2-year warranty.
  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to: kontakt@fiboinstal.com. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
  3. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by the user or due to improper installation. Installation by a qualified plumber is recommended.

VII. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish Law and applicable EU regulations shall apply.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and in the absence of an agreement, by the courts competent for the Seller’s registered office.
